“Do you remember the disabled driver who was fined 357,000 HUF by the National Toll Payment Services Plc (NÚSZ)? We had hoped that due to the circumstances outlined in the article, the toll operator might show some willingness to compromise regarding the hefty penalty. After all, without proper information, the driver was unaware that they had purchased the wrong vignette.
Moreover, the driver never received the penalty notices from NÚSZ.”
